Sendero Pass AZ Development Impacts
Urban Environmental Research was asked to examine environmental, economic, fiscal, and social impacts to Pima County Arizona, and the surrounding region, that would result from the proposed development of this parcel. Current zoning was used to determine what development effects would be without zoning modification, and those baseline conditions were compared to the development densities proposed by the developer in order to determine potential economic, fiscal and social impacts.
