Las Vegas Monorail Survey, Las Vegas, NV
UER was contracted by Steer Davies Gleave, a London-based transportation research company in partnership with the Las Vegas Monorail (Monorail) to develop and execute intercept surveys for monorail users. The surveys were designed such as to provide insights with respect to user behavioral dispositions and other factors that influence ridership of the Monorail. In particular, the research highlighted passenger reactions to imminent fare revisions and ascertained other barriers that precluded potential passengers from riding the monorail.
